InterCall was acquired by West Corporation in 2003, beginning a period of rapid growth and acquisition. From 2003 to 2009, InterCall purchased ConferenceCall.com, Raindance, ECI Conference Call Services, Sprint Conferencing, Stream57, Genesys Conferencing, Corvent, POSTcti, SKT BCS, Unisfair and Smoothstone.
